Eat more cruciferous veggies!

My husband has started to add cauliflower to our morning smoothie and apparently that's a pretty smart idea if you're to believe Dr. John Fuhrman. Dr. Fuhrman is somewhat of a nutritionist guru in the US and recently he wrote a piece for Alicia Silverstone's blog, the Kind Life, about the benefits of cruciferous veggies, such as cauliflower and broccoli.
