10 points to dish #1

To my nill(ons) of readers: Sorry for not letting you know how the Black Soybean and Kabocha Squash Stew turned out. I have had some pretty hectic days lately but despite that I've managed to make the dish and it was, as Alicia said, delicious.

I'm very excited about my new journey. My husband thinks this is a lot of fun too and he likes the new food. And today I served my family another dish from the book, Moroccan Couscous with Saffron, and my eleven-month-old daughter loved it.

It's still early days but it feels like we're in it for the long run. Until next time, live green!
