A green example to follow
My friend, Marishyl Casenas, who lives in Atlanta wil
l open up her energy-efficient home to the public on 24 October. It's part of her neighborhood's Fall Fest and there will be eight houses that people can come and visit. Marishyl says of her home:

Marishyl says of her home:"(...) We wanted to be as energy efficient as possible and put in spray foam insulation, a tankless water heater and energy star appliances and windows. Our energy bills for the four bed/four bath house are about the same as they were for the old house even though it's two and a half times the size."
