Have I inherited my green passion?

Today my uncle sent me the family tree he has been working on for many years, and it was pretty impressive with hundreds of unfamiliar names and faces. One of them was a girl my age who is my third cousin and lives in Stockholm, and later today I received an email from her asking if we should meet up since we both live in the same city.

The funny thing is that her father, who is my dad's cousin and the son of my grandmother's eldest brother, is a well-known green activist in Norway. Of course I had to google him straight away after learning that, and to my surprise I discovered that he even has a Wikipedia entry. Cool, huh? So, now I'm thinking that there might be a green gene in the Høyer family that has drizzled down to me - or maybe not (he, he). In any case, it's exciting to know that I'm not the only green fanatic in the family.
