Healthy pie dough
The best way to find out new and cool recipes in the kitchen is to:
1. Have kids who need a warm lunch
2. Not have all the ingredients for the recipe at home.
That's how I found out that you can make pie dough without using wheat, eggs and milk. Instead, I used 3 dl rye (rågmjöl), 1 dl olive oil and 1-2 spoons natural yoghurt. The pie will be served with a salad made of rucola, 1 avocado, 1 apple, raisins, olives and tomatoes. It's divine, especially when you add some lime, olive oil and vinegar to this fruit and vegetable mix.
